IMO the best Zebo dogs came from the Great Lakes area crossed with the Kingfish and Eli blood. These dogs had hard mouth, very good ability, and extremely game! Bunce's Blackie POR was a fantastic producer who died way to early in his life. well i have had lonzo blood for a long time also had some tbud damion and also nigger toby stuff it all about finding a good breeder or good indvidual dog there selves i my self cross my lonzo blood with carver eli rbjj bollio stuff and get good ones good dog are were u find them :cool:

 

Zebo dogs ain't bad lookin at all but it's a chnace they wouldn't be able to hold down

OK. Then you know what I say is true. You take chances with any line, Zebo or otherwise. Just depends on who you get them from & even then you can get a dud.

Then send me any you get Inter-Tel! I love them Zebo/Vindy dogs! I've had all types - good, fair & those who didn't work out. But that's any line. If there was an all-good line we'd all have it!

I know what you mean. I loved the WD dogs I had, but they just had too many health problems for me. Although I admired the drive in the line, I had to let it go.

 

Wow, some of you need to review your history. It used to be a well known fact that the Lonzo blood ain't what it says it is. I'm talking about information that circulated in the 80's. How he "acquired" the Zebo blood is a mystery in and of itself. I need to dig out my letters in storage from some "old timers".

The true Zebo blood can be found in the Toby blood. IMHO, I wouldn't look for Zebo blood anywhere else.
