OK, I am curious here ... in the article about our Rights it says the following:

"Seizure of property without the due process of law is unconstitutional, and due process of law should include a court hearing in every action relating to such seizure. If the animal control officials or police seize a dog, they may not destroy the animal or harm it in any way until a judge has ruled that you are in violation and this can only occur after a full hearing."

But isn't that just what they did to Mr. B???

 

Okay i will lay out my problem with animal control,,,, ours kept writing me fines and wouldn't quite last time it cost me 1200 dollars to get out of trouble but everytime i saw him out and he started talking bout the pit ordinances and ppl with them he always talking bout these little N_-_-_ers walking their dogs and thats why these ordianances were needed and then he wrote me the 1200 fine--- well i just pocketed the ol handy pocket recorder and let him keep running his mouth about these Black ppl and so on and what not then he came to write me again and i pulled out the tape recorder and let him listen to what he said and told him if i had anymore issues it would go to the local paper and a few off the city council has heard it and said if i brought it foward he'd lose his job,,, and a descrimination lawsuit would be in order,,, but as it stand now over a year later and not a peep nor have i seen him here anymore,,,lol,,, i'd rather him know he can't touch me,, and leave it at that,,,
