Worlds ugliest dog LOL

If I'm not mistaken (and if I am please correct me...) Sam is a purebred Chinese Crested...He looks like the type I'd rescue...I always go for the ugly ones...and I remind my husband of that every time he pisses me off...(just kidding ... kinda)

 

You are right. He won the world's ugliest dog contest a couple times I believe. I know I couldnt have a dog that looked like that, Lord knows I'd roll over in the middle of the night and see that, and have a heart attack! :eek:

 

Sam passed away... but I don't think any other dog will ever be considered uglier than him! lol

 

that is a chinese crested,,,and it is pretty ugin fugly,,there is no doubt,,I think he did pass away recently,,,I like the ugly ones to LOL

Looks a lot like the crypt keeper from Tales From the Crypt.

 

Believe it or not, they have a tv show and conformation shows for "The worlds ugliest dog" and they take it very seriously. I caught a glimpse of it, and some guy was showing off a pedigree, with all the "winners" of the worlds ugliest dog, for a few generations. Thats top-shelf there, hell of a thing to be breeding for!

 

Yah that is kindove opposite of what we breed for they breed for genetic defects and we breed it and cull it.

that thing looks like road kill but looks like some one loves it, and has a nice home. I wonder what they look like when they are really dead.

Not sure but I think it is alive. lol it does look like it has laid out a little too long in the desert sun.

 

its revolting poor thing,I would seriously scream if i came across that thing looks like some kind of gremlin or a rat from hell!

Me either but I wasn't sleeping before I looked at that scarey creature.

 

I've seen him before on TV. I feel bad for him (not just cause he's butt ugly, lol) because he looks miserable. He's blind and fearful so he attacks everything that comes close, including his owners hand, and his nails are long too. When he was on TV the owner sat him on the chair and was touching his muzzle with a pencil get him to attack it. I don't think she knows it but she was totally exploiting his fear based aggression. He doesn't look happy so I can't really find the humor in it. He looks like a canine version of Gollum (Sméagol) to me.
