    :) yes I am
But a Norwegian one - so don`t worry about it.

I like to learn the history of dogs, and I love all kinds of bulldogs/pitdogs. I am off course against the old sport, but differens countries - different cultures.

    off topic - sorry

Of course there are, very few and very far appart. But with all these pedigree w***ers out there they keep their dogs close. No sane person wants good dogs to end up with the so called fanciers a.k.a peddlers.

why´s that? there has been enough good stock exported from the UK. A few of the wellknown dogs during the last decades had strong connection outside of the UK.

Unless it's yours I wouldn't get your hopes up lol really though I dunno. If I had to guess I would say Ireland cause the good stuff apparently comes from there and they are more active to my knowledge.

gameness and ability need to be constantly assessed! Staffs dont cut it in the fast lane.....
hell most bulldogs dont make the grade.

If you know what you want, you know what it looks like , and you know where to find it, Take them where you find them. Im not looking but if I were, id look where they came from, I wouldn’t personally be interested in well known dogs ,in or out of the uk …….no disrespect intended to breeders elsewhere….I know what I like, and I don’t think I would have a problem finding it in England....

After reading the present thread, i can see their a bit of of banter with us brits & our freinds across the sea on where & who has the best lines ,dogs ,gameness & where would you look , as we all know there is never going to be any real winners here just all good dog lovers of our breed haveing the old mine is best our's is better & as tigerlines has mentioned in all honesty i would look in uk as this is where it all stems from in the first place . ;)

Nobody, you’ve either posted in the wrong thread ,or you’ve posted your comments to the wrong person in this thread…….none of your above post has any meaning to me, I don’t own breed or sell dogs, never went to the eu for dogs , untested or otherwise, and I have certainly never had any pup from such dogs either. sorry but you have made a mistake.:)

Dude had a name just like yours, been checking up on threads and see that you not posted what i was thinking about.

    My bad.
Al these bloody names i do my best to keep track ;)

  13. In U.K you have a better chance of finding sporting staffs, than a APBT.

there are a few breeders of good staffords in england they will smash most of todays kc stock and to the twats walking the streets with there crossbred pits trying to think your hard bump in to one of theys staffords at night your dogs will not no what week its in

  15. The Manc

Yeah because APBTS are illegal there

there's no need for apbt's, few good staffords left that have nothing to envy good pits in any way.
the problem is, if apbt's were legal they would be in the same situation staffords are in, very few good ones left. too many shitheads with these animals, it isnt about what breed you got.

unless you have first hand experience from what you've seen personally in the UK, the breeders you've talked too and good staffords you've owned and fed that have let you down. then you'd be right and i take what i say back.

there are many that use a staff for vermin.......fox/badger/etc.

But take it to the box and with money on the line.........different story.

    YIS

  20. Prob right mate, but i havent seen a box since the 80s at that time in yorkshire the best lines and dogs were staffords.
APBTs were about but the staffords were more intense. i dont know maybe you saw better apbts back then. in yorkshire i didnt!!
