Wildside's Lucifer (ROM)

Wildside's "LUCIFER" (ROM) was said to be a straight ahead bulldog....Wildside sold him in his later yrs in life...Lucifer then went to the yard of The Royal Family. Where he was along side Hooten's "Hardtimes" (ROM)

Lucifer ate some cedar chips and passed away before they were able to get a litter off him.....RIP

Do you guys think Lucifer produced pretty well for a Nigerino Dog?

 

No doubt about it, many 1-3x winners, gr ch, ch's, and after all......he did make ROM. Bred alot, but I think he dropped more than enough good dogs for his producing abilities to be in question.

 

I know from a VERY good source that Lucifer was not a straight ahead bulldog, he was only tested on a hog for 8mins and that was it. He did produce really well when bred to Baystate's Miss Prance and was a good producer overall.
Also the reason WSK got rid of him was he was shooting blanks.

 

this is a female off that line of dogs but she is still young shes about 5 months away but she looks good so far

WOW!! That dog is pretty tight there DMD66. My question is why are a lot of these WSK dogs short with bow'd legs?

Lucifer was a straight ahead Bulldog, the kennel that bought him from Wildside found out the truth about Lucifer as a true bulldog. Scotsman sorry to tell you but you know very little about this dog.

 

Well I was only talking about when he was on WSK yard from someone that was there. And that someone is a very reputable dogman. So I guess I know more than you think!!

 

Maybe the tight linebreeding and inbreeding!

 

My friend has a son off of Lucifer very game dog but not as much mouth as I thought he would have as the nigerino line usually has good mouth.

 

I Have A Dog That Has Lucifer In The Second Generation On Both The Mother And Fathers Ped. I've Talked To Ed Faron About Making A Cross With His Stumpanato He Was More Than Happy To Have Me Come To His Yard. Definetly Suggest Wildside Kennels To Anyone.

 

No I know you know just a little, if you knew the rest of the story you would have more respect for this one very deep game dog!

Yes there Is plenty Lucifer Blood Floating around still..I bought Three Pups From Wsk Off Of Mortician Son Of Licifer I loved ll three very very Game an Pure Athletes But lacked mouth an brain.....I wouldn't recommend
Inbreeding the lucifer dogs but I've made some out crosses to redboy an tight Eli dogs an got great results...I would most def say a trait of these dogs is strait forward tough..u gotta kill um to stop um..

 

No mouth ? The inbreeding must have lost the trait.Nigerino dogs can usually bite.

 

Yes I was Told there were known for mouth but nun off my prospects that were inbred nigerino had a stand out mouth average at best.. But a pinch of mayday set the cross off.

 

If not the best producing Nigerino dog. I think Ch Rocco may have given him a run for his money if he was bred to more, and more well bred females.
