The pedigree you posted from stock many years later. Remember Jim was also the breeder of Plumbers' Ch. Alligator off his Satin Lady bitch. Jim live Mountain View OK. and Earl Tudor live Hobart OK. who owned Nigger. This pedigree was decades later.
Jim's Lightner dogs didn't have Hemphill or McCoy in them in before 1945.

Yes I Do ! 24 were sanctioned events. Pincher was 56lbsmatch weight and open to the world at any weight.
Men scoured the Planet trying to find a dog that could beat Pincher. Only to lose there money, and most of the time there Dogs. Nothing ever went over 40 min with Colbys Pincher.
As far as completion Gavins Pup won 9 in a row with out making a turn. COLBYS PINCHER was 1896 and on. Gavins Pup was fighting in the 1890s. So DREAM ON Brother Iron Mike. ps, I guess you think this bulldogs match record is fake too ! LOL

The 24 thing, he does write about it. The dog was set down 24x and Colby writes about what happened. They were NOT matches or OTC. He does write he killed some of them but what size was the dogs going into a 70+ pound dog?
24x isn't a lot. Some day read SDJ issues back in the late 80's I believe when The Beginning with Boggs column about what he saw with Ch. Iron Bobcat and it was all day long and just once but many times. And for the Mods rest assured it wasn't me doing it.
My life with Ch. Iron Bobcat is a long story for private times. Bobcat as on tour for many. Way more then being down 24x.

Couldn't find it because the dog's kennel weight was OVER 70 pounds! People weren't matching dogs at that weight back then. Try reading match reports or books from that era.


John Galvin's Pup lost to Con Feeley's Rowdy in over 2 hours in Hammond's IN. I have the original article with the story in it from Con Feeley him self to Eugene Glass of Dog Fancier. It was in the 1915 Dog Fancier. It is public registered article and magazine. Try surfing the Net. Yes the match was in the late 1800's I said that.


No Pincher was from the 1900's and was at stud in Dog Fancier. His grand father Galvin Turk lost to Feeley's Jim in the late 1800's in over 4 hours!
