I know I'm late in my post... But as I read some of the dogs men talk about I think to myself how can u say the best dog be a dog you never seen? So I will go with a dog I seen.. To me it would be ether banjo or yellow.

 

It is simply a matter of opinion and there is no wrong answer...if we had to have seen them...this thread most likely would be..maybe a dozen posts. If we going on here say..it would be like disputing pedigrees some of the old timers....lotta speculation up in here.

 

i can't say one name ..because of the others i have seen with my 2 ey's
but the ones i bred myself and seen are the best for me .......
including the crosses i made with yemils spike genes and wardts ch thunder
nevr have seen one i wanne swob
same for producing (talking about ego's lol)
imcluding the ones out there with fake ped.

Absolutely..I see this is evident in the interview thread...it seems most spend time in the speculation type threads. ..but the real hard truths and first hand is always a pleasure..and important to me and many others..thanks again everyone...and hope some more find time..cheers.

 

I don't think it's much different than any other sport from football to baseball to soccer to basketball to whatever. If we did not see it firsthand, then we rely on a account. Video, audio, written to draw our conclusions and opinions. A gamedog is more like a boxer. They are matched at a weight and stay generally right there their entire career. They exist in an era or span of time. I think its kinda crazy to lump a bareknuckle featherweight from the mid 1800's into a comparison with Mike Tyson for who's best. But I think it's silly to try and compare Lebron James and Bill Russell.
