Where to move?

Discussion in 'Dog Ordinances & Laws' started by joturojira, Nov 17, 2014.

  1. Born and raised in Spanish Harlem, moved to Florida fell in love with bulldogs and went ham, lol. Living in Indiana now ,so my wife could be near her mom who passed.God bless the dead. Now we ready to go,but don't know where. Her and our girls don't like the cold. It's always shitty and grey out here. Looking for a warm climate with land ,where people mind there fuckin business. Because of her job our choices are Abilene,Odessa,Ft worth, and San Antonio. Which would u choose bro?

  2. Thanks bro

Obviously it's your family so do your own independent homework on those cities but if those were my options, I'd go for outside of FW or outside of SA. FW has a tethering ordinance and so does other larger cities so make sure you check that out if you plan on chaining your dogs outside. I haven't been to Odessa or Abilene so I can't really say much about there. Maybe that's why I'd choose one of the other two lol.

  4. I will ,good looking out. And based on ur help,it must be love for bulldogs in TX. Thanks

It's not at all, EXCEPT for rush hour traffic. I don't live there but I see it on the news. They always have slow traffic during that time, they have a lot of construction going on to make it better on traffic though. Cheaper living in FW also.

I would say mexico also. Border area doesn't sound like a bad idea.

I've never been to New Boston so I'm not speaking specifically but you do know people have vast differences on what they consider "good lookin", right? lol

Odessa is a shithole. Dallas traffic sucks, but not near what we have down here in Houston in my opinion. If I were moving to Texas I'd look central Tx or out in the N.E. Texas area outside of Canton somewhere possibly.

Since moving out this way, I went to the flea market they have there in Canton. Pretty cool place, old country type of flea market. They call it first mondays.

It's absolutely beautiful out there. Slipped my mind, but it would be another place one should consider.

Now I wasnt disagreeing with Goat they do breed some big women in north east Texas but all I know I worked all over Arkansas and Texas.Seems like we got the most beautiful women everywhere you go gas station drive through especially up around DeKalb New Boston area country girls.College Station Austin Corpus Christi have their share as well.We all got the same idea of beautiful some jus got lower standards.
