Cause it is weed. Any weed under a certain % thc is considered hemp.

Do you understand the dropoff %. We're talking about flower that tests at 25-30% and hemp that tests under .3% thc. It doesn't get you high but it has medicinal benefits.They are almost completely different when you break down what percentages they have. Comparing good weed with gak, or should I say Swath

Any flower that tests at 30% is 1000 times stronger than the most potent hemp available by law. What blows my mind is how similar they are starting too look and smell and taste.

 

I understand all that as I have a lot of experience with high thc strains.
My point was hemp is weed just diff purpose. Same as Indica vs sSativa vs Ruderalis.
There was recent bust of over a 100 thousand plants probably more that were being grown under the guise of being hemp. Samples were tested and came back moderate thc levels and the farm was busted. But they couldn't call it just by looking

 

Also I've had high thc strains that to me were boring and not that potent of an effect. While on the other hand I've have moderate thc level Landraces and hazes that sent me straight to cloud99. I have a freakish high tolerance

I've been there with people who never smoked a strong sativa before. But they dont nod off they start tripping

I’ve been smoking mostly Rosin lately. I like Indica, sativa, and hybrids, it just depends on time of day and how I feel. Ideally I like sativa’s during the day, Indica’s at night, Kush and hybrids anytime!

 

I prefer sativas myself. I don't care to feel lazy and sedated and that's how indicas make me feel. I prefer the motivating functional high I get with sativas. Then again, I'll smoke what ever is in front of me as long as It's gas. I don't discriminate. Oils, waxs, flower etc really makes no diffenerce to me.

 

You need to visit me. I hang out and work together with the local NORML president out here and his tolerance is unheard of. I've watched this guy do over 100 maybe 200 dabs of grade A+ wax and he was normal over a 6-8 hour period. There were about 100 people at this party from the cannabis community and everyone was amazed.
