    On the weight comment, one formula that I've heard suggested a few times is to take a dog's weight at 4 months and double it to end up with the adult weight. I don't know how accurate it is. My girl weighed 28 pounds at 4 months, and her adult weight is around 45 in decent shape. (She got up to 51, but that was pretty heavy for her.)

    40 lbs would be about right, my little one was 15 lbs at 4 months and she is around 41 fat, she could be 38 if she didn't like to eat so much...lol
