what age to start conditioning??

    I have a 7 month old APBT. I walk wit him bout a mile and a half if not everyday. Every other. Is there a specific age that he needs to b to start conditioning?? If so what? And how much should he start out at??thankz for the help

    7 months old he's a puppy... most say wait til 18mo

    Don;t do anything serious till the dog is 14-16 months.
    Keep it fun for the pup...fetch with a tennis ball, flirtpole and plenty of handwalks.

    I agree the 14-16 months are perfect time for puppy's to create any condition.
