Get rid of white carbs ( potatoes, white bread, white rice) also stop drinking fruit juices/soda and stick with water. If you succesfully get rid of those processed carbs above you will loose weight. Eat a small meal every 2 hours to keep your metabolism running and this will also help you loose weight. Do not eat after 8 pm at night either.

weight loss is simple... quit eating starchy sugary food all the time and cut calories.

If you sit on your ass all dy in an office is there really need to consume 750g of carbs a day, and 250g of sugar? fuck no.

example, i eat mostly clean foods, carbs are limited to mainly rice, potatoes and shit like that and I only eat them for lunch and Post-workout.
I need about 3000 calories of clean eating just to maintain my bodyweight at 190 lbs. this is assuming im not doing any strenuous activity, just light cardio. If i want to lose weight, what the fuck do I do? I workout more or cut my portions. complicated right?

If I workout more and DONT want to lose weight what do I do? increase my calories. my diet is around 50%protein/30% carbs/20%fat

sex definately helps. good cardio and increases hormone levels which promote muscle growth and recovery among other things

Before you think about starting any of this you must detoxify your body first. A good HARD 7-14 DAY full body detox is the way to start to reach the full extent of peak athleticism. To help boost your metabolic funtions you then must consume between 1-2 gallons of cold purified water daily. Consumption of large amounts of 'raw'/'fresh' produce and food sources while you detox is the key. Once the sluggish feeling from before the detox is gone, then the real work begins.

  11. You need to eat. just eat foods that are low on carbs. your body needs energy to burn which is what you get out of food. eat things such as baked chicken, salas, tuna, whole grain, oatmeal, fruit, and tea.

Its about calories moreso than carbs, just be sensible about the carbs you eat but at the end of the day 3500 calories equals a pound. Its about intake vs what you burn, all the other info is nice but if you count your caolories and are active the pounds will fall off. The amount of calories shoukd be based on how much you are wanting to lose, how active you are and how overweight you are now. If you drrink lots of water and snack on raw veggies and fruits you can suppress you hunger while not intaking a lot of calories and adding vitamins and minerals to your diet.

Some of this is outdated information. Eating every couple hours is showing to be nonsense to keep the metabolism running. Weight loss = burn more calories than you take in. Whether it is 1 meal/day or 6 meals/day. I need a lot of calories and find it easier to eat ~4-5 smaller meals daily.

One "diet" I highly recommend is the keto diet. High fat, high protein, minimal carbs. I don't do well on carbs and run better on fat. Plus, there is more energy in fat.

this is the major key...eating the right kinds of food, at the right amount, at the right times,
    also....
-eat a portion of protein and a portion of carbohydrates at each meal (a portion is about the size of your hand without the fingers. the portions will b smaller thus the importance of eating often. the key is to keep energy levels constant)
-feed your body constantly throughout the day about every 2 1/2 - 3 hours (i know it seems like alot but again u want to keep your energy levels constant throughout the day)
-avoid white breads, bagels, white rice, regular pasta, candy, juices, crackers ( drink water and switch to whole wheat breads, brown rice)
-keep fat intake to 20 % of your total daily calorie intake ( yes u need to have fat in your diet)
-eat more fiber (bran, brown rice, beans, green veggies
-drink alot of water (about 8 cups a day)
    -limit carbohydrates at night
    -limit sugar intake
    -drink green tea

    Anabolism = positive nitrogen retention
More frequent supply = improved function of the above
Calorie expenditure higher than calorie consumption = weight loss, BUT
what is better one meal high in calories per day or multiple meals with the same number of calories divided?

Depends on whether or not the individual is working out and what type of training they are doing, I would opt for multiple meals, that way I can spread out my nutrients, I have a specific time frame I consume my carbohydrates, fats, proteins, etc

Studies are showing it doesn't matter as long as you are eating the amount of calories you need. If you can down 4,000 calories in one meal, and that's the amount you need, then 1 meal will do you fine.

Along with your other post, the bullet points are good. But once you understand what you need and WHY something is working, you don't need to follow the old school "myths" about nutrition.

I would definatelly be interested in some refferences about the studies that show these results WWII, ty.
I would like to see how the studies were designed, who contacted them etc. There are things like insulin production and usage, blood glucose levels and energy levels and many more that I would like to see if these studies examined.
I can easily eat 4000 cal in one meal, a few pizzas that's all, only thing that in half hour I will be in the crap room doing my thing. That is one of the reasons I can not easilly accept what you say.
