Good looking and good acting dog.

They tried to take him down like did his brother but two different A.C. involved and they didn't have "Cause to Search".

no one will ever no what james bred but i doubt it was charlie he had better dogs to bred to than him at that time and jeep def lived after i have a pic of jeep months after it

There was a lot going on back then when Carl got his RB stock.
I thought it was a smart move for him.
I didn't chase the blood, it just happen to come around.
I turned down taking Ch. Red Dog, many know why and Yankee Greg & George sent me Ch. Gambler. As I have said many times, I didn't care what was on top, it is what achived..

I wonder why Redboy dogs when bred to Loposays Colby stock still produce game offspring? Ive seen it time and again, even though most would agree redboy is not a Colby bred dog.

I think some books were wrote stating Red Boy was from Hemphill.
I might have added fuel to the fire by stating it, when I first encountered it.
No I do NOT believe it is Hemphill!

I do believe there might a bit of the blood in him but not enough to influence him to any extent.
I made it very clear which bloodline I thought he was from, who claimed it, where it was to come from and by way of whom.

I have yet seen anyone else with a clear or particle answer to this question.

But as benthere posted, 2 others has already made it known the dog was papered.
People who should know whether or not he was.

As for Red Boy producing with Colby, he has produced with many other crosses and at a much higher percentage.
