    the "good" dogs off deacon weren't the inbred ones with blitz and twister in their peds. the inbred dogs had much higher % of curs, cold dogs and manbiters too, also some of those dogs off blitz may not of even been bred that way. back in the 90's any rednose pup with deacon papers was worth at least $1000, that bought alot of rocks or pills for the junkies peddling the pups. i look at alot of peds and laugh, "pure redboy" you bet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i saw the photo at BB's. the one i saw that BB showed me was syco. maybe brian had a pic of bingo too, if there was one i didn't see it.

    willy had a brother named satan that was absolutely stunning, i bet he would have been as good as willy but he was bigger and stronger, too bad he was killed by A/C. the don king dog (deacon x bliss) was a legend around chicago, imagine what he could have produced if given the chance, wcc had a sister named shyann, she threw some nice dogs. deacon threw whole litters of good dogs when bred to daughters of rocky, there isn't much of that around though. the deacon x assassinator litter everyone knows about but there aren't many dogs around off those either. i never liked the dogs off ch. pistol much but he had a brother named bean out west that threw some fantastic dogs. the good deacon dogs are out there but you don't see them peddled in the gazette or on the internet.

    i had a sister to deacon jr. too bad he didn't stay in the states, looked like he produced very well. wcc had 2 brothers i know of but i don't think they were ever bred. the best of the 2 was a victim of this one.

    the father of cyrus, bo jr was a ass wrecking mofo. he quit in 33 to another son of deacon. small world.
    all that happened a long time ago, before felony laws. times have changed.

    Willie I've heard was a good dog but I seen smokin Joe he was a good all around bulldog last I heard the LA boys had him up for stud .. I was gonna breed a pure redboy gyp to him but didn't because the stud fee was pretty high
    & at the time he wasn't a known producer so it was a big gamble that I passed on ... But he probably is gonna put some good ones out there

    Okay, lets hold up a bit on the BS. As knowing who got Blitz, Roxy, Crash, ect for Barbwire Kennels, lets lighten up a bit on Blitz.
    Ugly Tramp was no yardshitter.
    He was the pick of the litter of Deacon and Blitz. Heavy D was a 2xw, Tina and Trina produced many winners when bred to Sparkplug by Hockeyman and Ready to Rumble.
    Peg Bundy was the mother to Frosty Paws, Gottie, ect.
    ALL WERE LITTER MATES!

    There was a repeat breeding of Deacon and Blitz which 2 dogs for Brown.
    There was some very game dogs from that breeding, Eric A.'s Redman was one of them that comes to mind.
    This was the litter Deacon Jr. in FL. came from.
    Now as far as pit dogs, no Deacon nor Hunter Red was pit quality, that is why neither was matched. Bingo was match once by the Kitten then sold to the late Yankee Greg when he was partners with Sandy in Steelfire Kennels.
    Bingo wasn't a fast lane dog.
    I have seen many dogs off Blitz, Roxy, Twister go which was off Deacon and Hunter Red. Some good, some not so good.
    Blitz was 5/8 red Boy 1/4 Outlaw, 1/8 everything (Rascal,Wilder,ect).
    Her mother Cream was a 10 minute cur.
    Blitz was only looked at for 20.
    Many of the females bred to Deacon wasn't "Pit Quality" including Roxy R.O.M.
    Her litter mate sister Lizzy Borden 1xw reported, was a killer.

    And when you talk about Can/Am Boys champions, remember the Red Boy in her pedigree was,,,,,,,,Miller's Red Man 2xw.
    Beside seeing him in that R.O.M. female, he was also in Collin's Red Alert, and Roadwarrior's R.O.M. female.
    His brother (Rattler) was the father of Ch. Britches, his sister (Red Feather) was the mother of Ch. Yellow John 4xw. Red Man 2xw is also in the pedigree of Ch. Gambler and Rattler's Brother (Rattler) is in Ch. Buki and Ch. Gambler's pedigree.

    Now when Blitz was crossed she didn't produce as well as when she was line bred. Maybe that is because of her mother. But then again what she was crossed to wasn't game.
    Good dogs are were you find them. There was plenty of Blitz and others bred to Deacon worth feeding.
    As for the question was he cold and did Deacon turn? NO!
    That is a bullshit story. And didn't come from WCC who never looked at him or any hater or idol worshiper of WCC but from where WCC bought Deacon and the breeder of Deacon.
