  5. D.R KING

D.R KING GET OFF MY LINE...

Well this is what I do.

There is an area where alot of land is at where I live. First I let King warm up from running around in there for about 10 minutes. Theres alot of rabbits and rabbit holes there also so he's always "crouched" low and burstin sudden sprints trying to go after the rabbit, not only that this dog can run around the area over and over and over without stopping, for no reason, he loves to run, he'll run until he drops...lol head first.

Sometimes, I carry old sheets with me, tie them to monkey bars or something like that and let him get at that. He does a trick with me that when the sheet gets to short from him rippin it, I'll stand near the sheet and he'll run up my back and leap for it, good shots to, hardly ever misses. When he gets ahold he DOES NOT LET GO. Lol i laugh when he's making noises, sounds like he;s crying and growlin at the same time, even wheni hold his feet he still hangs on.

When thats done, its really time for the work out, THE BIKE RIDE. I dont have tredmill, and with my health right now i dont see a need for one. Last nite we were out for an hour doing laps around a big school. its takes 5 mintues for each lap i think. for 25 minutes he pulled and ran then it was a steady trot. If i was peddling , he was moving. We have a great time doin this, when kain is a little older, its gonna be his turn to work;)

My neighbors know king enjoys running with me, every time i get the bike he waggin and movin all over the place as if he's sayin "we're gonna go work today daddy again?"

Our dogs will push them selfs to the limit for us with a waggin tail, unlike people, they buckle down when the going gets tough, and from those work outs, King looks like this....
