  1. F.W.K.

    F.W.K. CH Dog

Ch.’’Dollyson’’ was raised as a pup, together with 3 other littermates, at the late Samart’s yard. After Samart’s passing ‘’Dollyson’’ went to the home of our friend Marcello who raised the pup from month 4th till year one, the time the pup jumped on a old housedog (a littermate to F.W.K.’s ‘’Mask’’ 1x game L into Parker’s Gr.Ch.’’Rasta Girl’’ & Safari’s ‘’Gary’’1 x W over Giant’s ‘’Bolio’’ a St.B.’s ‘’Dylan’’ son) and crippled the dog for life by taken out his stifle.

Marcello decided it was time to give the dog back to his breeder & so he’s returned back to the place were he’s born and where his sire and dam were living, the wellknown good producing game dogs, Roberto & F.W.K.’s Ch.’’Ginger’’ EP and F.W.K.’s ‘’Dolly’’ EP. At 18 months he’s rolled into his littermate Underdog’s ‘’Fred’’ ( who in his turn, turned out as a deadgame 1xL/2xW .35 win giving 3 pounds away.35 min.loss by picked up game into Ustasa’s ‘’Xalimero’’2xw, and a ultimate winning performance into Parker 1.48.).

It was his 1st and last roll into his much more experienced brother who’s rolled several times from the time he’s started up serious at the tender age of 8 months. After a short 7 minutes we decided to seperated them due we both saw it should end in a killing for 1 or both dogs. ‘’Dollyson’’ was hooked up shortly afterwards into Tex Mex Espana at the weight of 18.5 kg., a bit on the very light site for ‘’Dollyson’’,a mistake from his breeder/ handler and conditioner F.W.K.

‘’Bimbo ‘’ a 2xW and awarded ‘’Best Of Show’’ winner in his last outing where he’d finished his opponent in the center of the pit in a short 11 minutes was coming out like a freight-train and took ‘’Dollyson’’ from his feets by hitting him really hard and deep in the chest, ’’Dollyson’’ screamed out in anger, frustrated he couldn’t bite anything from importance. At the 27 minute mark I told the Referee and ‘’Bimbo’’’s handler I was picking up, which I did and ‘’Dollyson’’ was giving a good fast courtesy. At the same convention I lost as well with a dead-game bitch into a 1xW from Tex Mex in 58 minutes, Ch.’’Bimbo’’ ended up as a 4xW, a great dog.

Frustrated to have so little time out of him it was decided to roll him into a son of Gr.Ch.’’Gabe’’ out of a daughter of Sprowl’s Ch.’’Bruiser’’ owned by Limey Kennels. I decided to check him good, feeding him a lot,no exercise before the roll since i believe the 1st thing they will stop from is heat…

‘’Dollyson’’ was hogfat on purpose at the time with no work whatsoever under his belt, and after a 10 minutes he really was out of gas and collapsed in the cellar which was used to roll in a 45 Celsius heat. Heated up on purpose,’’Coolio’’ was all over him, he’s walked every day and for sure he was showing, it was time to scratch them. ’’Dollyson’’ unable to stand was making his scratch on his chest, crawling to the overside to nail the other dog, which he did. After a few times, it was stopped and when the other dog was gone ‘’Dollyson’’ was searching around like a punch drunk exhausted boxer wondering where his opponent has gone.

One of Limey’s crew was making remarks as I should shoot that cur, but I told them I was thinking I had a game match dog which they couldn’t believe and they were laughing out loud and clear. After some back and forth teasing Limey Kennels accepted a match into ‘’Dollyson’’ with their ‘’Coolio’’ dog at 19.5 kg. ‘’Coolio’’ was showing great ability and mouth, throwing ‘’Dollyson’’ and biting him all over for a hour.

‘’Dollyson’’ was trying to come up from the bottom but to no avail. His right front ankle was broken, his right shoulder at a certain point in the match was dislocated and later on shaked back in order as well, his right middle back toe removed, a cutter and a half gone. It was looking bad for the red.

At the hour ‘’Coolio’’ was going down, ’’Dollyson’’ came from the bottom and took full control with good ear and head holds. A turn was made on top by ‘’Coolio’’ at 26 minutes. A handle came, "Coolio’’ made a good scratch and with this a real scratching contest was started. ’’Dollyson’’ screaming in rage in his corner, was coming out unbelievably hard on his turn and at his 17th scratch ‘’Coolio’’ had enough and took the count. ‘Time 1.30 conditioned by F.W.K. handled by his former owner Marcello, who’s still walking the dogs once or twice a week while at F.W.K.

Match 3 was into Taipan’s ‘’Raven’’ at 19.5 kg, a dog of St B. and Patrick bloodlines. ’’Raven’’ came in a bit light, was trying for ‘’Dollyson’’s privates and at a certain moment he was there, but it didn’t last long as ‘’Dollyson’’ took him out by the ear. Taking full control with ear and head holds he’s driving ‘’Raven’’ all over the pit. A turn was called on ‘’Raven’’, he stopped on his 4th and old ‘’Dollyson’’ as usual coming back twice as strong screaming with rage as before. Time 42 minutes, conditioned by F.W.K. and handled by Marcello.

Match 4 came with Rolling Sixtie Pits’ ‘’Dallas’’ bred by Dead Serious Kennels,a son of Ch.’’Redman’’. ‘’Dollyson’’s last outing was more then a year before and while in the progress of training him this old fool fell flat on his back from the top of the stairs and was hurt pretty bad and had to pay a forfeit, a bad ending of a evening too heavy boozing….

Rec’d a letter in that time ‘’that it was a smart move that I’d pay that f.f. due I’d for sure no more males left if he’s matched into that dog’’, who’d killed 3 in previous rolls. It was just about the time that ’’Dollyson’’s half-brother the 2xw ‘’Joop’’ passed away due to bloodcancer at the age of 6. (for the record it was not RSP who wrote me that) Promptly I made a new match when feeling better into RSP.

Firstly I had to match another male an nephew to ‘’Dollyson’’-’’Brindle Chief’’, he won in 36 minutes, and two weeks after this event it was time to begin conditioning ‘’Dollyson’’ for what was decided beforehand to be his last and final outing. ‘’Dollyson’’ was coming in at 20 instead of the required 19.5 kg., a forfeit was given and a new match made.

’’Dollyson’’ was coming out hard into the shoulder with ‘’Dallas’’ on the head, ’’Dollyson’’ working his way to the throat, then he’s throwed and off his feet now, working from beneath with good throat and jaw holds. ’’Dallas’’ works the ears, a turn called on ‘’Dallas’’, a handle,a good scratch, ’’Dollyson’’ as usual made a real strong and fast hard scratch, ’’Dallas’’ lived up try for the stifle, not much avail, then he finds the legs, as does ‘’Dollyson’’, not for long as ‘’Dollyson’’ take him out with head/nose/ear holds, and at scratch 4 ‘’Dallas’’ takes the count on all four, time 36 minutes.

Dollyson earned it the hard way and was retired, a fully deserved Champion dog at the age of 5.1/2 years old.
