tug O war

Does some one can give me some rules off the tug O war. Not the tug off war we do that over here in belgium, like to do some new stuff with it.
like to do it directly at the right way, so competition will be the same like others do.

 

How do you in Belgium do that? I guess there is no "right" way for it.
American Bulldogs tug without seeing each other, a barreer between them. On some Pit Bull Shows 2 dogs tug vs. each other and the winner is declared the winner, so one tug match per dog and the half of all participating dogs will be declared the winner. On other Pit Bull Shows in the end will just be one winner, every winner goes in the next round like soccer LOL (just like it was on Nic's Shows).

 

We do the regular tug off war like this, all dogs tug 1 game the winners go to the next round and so further till we have 2 dogs left. The winner is the winnet off the tug off war competition, male/female seperated, we time alll tugs anf iff neded longest losing tug we pick up in next round.
at the end off the day we give also price for longest tug off the competition.

But i am looking for some rulles off the tug O war, distance off lines on the rope 1 tugg ore 3 ore 5 tuggs ore so per game between 2 dogs

 

The only organization I know of which has rules is the Iron Dog event. They have tug of war and a blank between them, so they don't see each other. If I am not mistaken there are lines who declare the winner.
