    cali jack's pitbull bible cause all the info for starters in one book, other than that i'm sure there are more in dept books around.

    good book for people to start with anyway!

    ps, its like $50-60 cheaper around just before Christmas with the 5 dvds too!!!    ;)

    Ed and chris faron's "the complete game dog" there was 300 books left and they go for $150 a pop but its a must have.

    Dogs of Velvet and Steel...although a lot of the supplementation info is old...the book is an excellent read....US1....for a new person to the dogs i would suggest the PBB...i have one of the indispensible tips books, and i hear the PBB is even better....the complete gamedog is also an excellent source for a newer person to the game...US1

    the pit bull bible is by far the best book on how to take care of these dogs and should be emulated by all, i also have the complete gamedog but it is not near the quality of the bible. the pbb teaches you how to build great housing, chain set ups basic conditioning and much more, you will save a ton of money and learn how to do many things on your own. as far as entertainment the american gamedog times volumes one through three are awesome, the book of interviews and the book of gamedogs are the best entertainment reading hands down

    Another good set (if you can find them) but I'm sure TG still sell them would the first and only year of his magazine called the Sporting Dog Journal also.
