I don't think I'd put that many dogs on 2.2 acres either...

  3. I like it out it Mexico.. More freedom in my opinion and cops are easily bribed to look the other way out there..Tijuana is my favorite party town, the hong Kong club and adelitas bar are my top hangout spots and TJ is near Mexicali..I'm jus fed up of California and I plan on moving out soon!

If you got the money id go for it. Especially if you plan on having a lot dogs. Its also located in a great spot if you still want to work in the states.

Yeah if I was from out further west and was familiar with the lay of the land out there I'd be all over it. I mean it's Mexico IMO the place to be on this continent if you wanna have a lot of dogs an not be harassed

Ldont buy into the hype of our media. There are citys in our oWn country that are just as dangerous as mexico. Mind you, if your out lookin for cocaine & prostitutes you may find more than you bargain for, but as long as you keep to yourself & stay out of the way, im sure youll be fine.

He had that thing for sale for a couple years now wonder why.. Ask him what happened to the last guy lol. In all seriousness he is probably looking for someone to partner with so I don't think he will sell it to any joe

  10. I agree about the false media,I've had no problems when I go to Mexico.. As long as your not dealing in drugs and messing with another mans women you'll be fine..and I never wear jewelry or drive expensive cars or wear flashy clothes to avoid attention

what happened "to the last guy?"

  13. Mr. Garner moved all the dogs he had in Mexicali back to north Carolina so the former caretakers were terminated Cruz thers no more dogs on the property to feed and this operation is too far for tom and I'm currently negotiating with the man and I got him down from 85,000 to 60,000 and I'm planning seeing the whole property for myself soon..

  14. Dogs gotta be always hydrated and have access to water 24/7 cuz Mexicali is a very hot town all year around..it gets 120 degrees on average in the hottest months

  15. If your well known and consider'ed Weathy, It can greatly increase ones chance. of being kidnaped for a ransom, in Mexico. I would love to have bought it as im not famous or Rich. Im surprised Tom hasnt sold it yet.

Hope it works out. But when negotiating it is usually best to keep $ amounts between the buy and the seller, at least until it is yours.

Can you as an American really buy land within those 50 miles of the border?
