I believe it is a peice on a non typical carasel(horses going round and up and down) ride at a carnival.
Also a lady who does a video of making a sculpture of one..someone shared some years back.

I agree with you. I built my dogs insulated houses that materials at the time was around $150. Several people wanted one and I told them $200. That was to much for a house with insulated walls and roof, treated plywood floor, hinged roof and outside walls covered with flat roofing metal before its run through the bead rollers. Metal capped roof with an overhang in front so rain wont blow inside. A couple of them went and bought $150 Dog Loos that aren't much better than a $7 plastic barrel.
