  1. For some of us, the most special event to be watched on TV. The beginning of the gold season and the warm weather.

Many sidebars this year. Will the man step up and show he is back? Will his air apparent steal the show. Does Phil have another hop, skip and jump in his step? Or will it be a no name that will wear the green jacket this year. Anyone have the fever?

No fever for me and I live in the midst of it.

Like to see Tiger come back and reclaim his spot as #1. That would be good stage for him. If not him then Mickelson

did you see the guy whack the ball across the water onto the green ? now that was cricket !!

  6. Phil and Rory may have done the exact thing that you don't want to do. That is to shoot themselves out of the tournament on Thursday. Tiger, is lurking. 3 back.

  8. Should be a very interesting day today. With 52 year old Freddy Couples leading, America will be watching.

Seeing tiger lose it yesterday had me doubting his return. I liked his shot out of the bunker on 18 tho. It was a great shot.

  10. I'm a huge Tiger fan and could not see him winning this week. I think if he would have won a month or two earlier, then the swing would have been tweeked for Augusta. As it is now, he doesn't know where it is going. At least when Haney was his coach, the left side was not in play.

I was amazed at him kicking his club yesterday. I would have thought more from a 36 year old.

Couldnt agree more. He needs to keep his cool with eyes still on him. But in the same sense I play a lot at a friends course in south jersey and another one by me and can lose it myself just playing for fun. But I would never kick of throw any of my clubs. I could see tossing my driver from time to time when I slice lol

  12. It is the hardest game to master. For those that don't play, it is really hard to understand how the wheels can just fall off and your a begin er again. Simply amazing I must say.

Played with a group at Flanders in Morris County years ago. One kid we played with had a 1000 dollar set of Hogan Blades. He also had the the most expensive Big Bertha driver, 3 and 5 wood. He broke all woods and 3 irons before leaving with his bag.

Where do you play in Jersey?

Right now I play at neshanic valley. Its one of about 5 owned by the county. Chamionship course beautiful layout. A friend of mine works there so I get on for free when I get time to swing. They have a nice clubhouse as well with a huge pro shop. Its real close to me as well. I might get out there next weekend if it permits.

Phil is pretty consistant at times

  17. Consistently bad that is. I'm not worried about him. No golfer has ever won the Masters with a triple bogie on the card. He has 2.
