Also Ewing became a fall away shooter, he had other stuff going on until his mid late career when the legs/knees got tired of carrying his ugly face lmao. King was the baddest Mofo in the post his short game was sick unstoppable off the box no matter who guarded him and strong-all around one of the best-rarely very rarely recognized. Alonzo, really? I think if Ewing had a bit more of the Mourning attitude(esp later) it may have helped, it sure would have helped Lonzo for some of Ewings skill.

  2. And Jordan did? Scottie Pippen? Bj Armstrong? Bill Cartwright? If Ewing was so great, when they had Charles Smith, Anthony Mason, Charles Oakley, John Starks and Charlie Ward as the starting five, they should have won it that year. But, Charles Smith couldn't make a layup.

For all the anticipation that Ewing came with, he was not the franchise. He was an above average player. He was billed as an all time great. He was not.

Exactly ^^^! Pat NEVER had a supporting cast. How many future hofs, or all stars did he play with? Pat, Charles, Karl, Clyde( with the blazers), Gary or Kemp, none of them were able to beat Mike! In his prime, he was unbeatable. One man cant win a championship. You have to assemble the right parts around him.

Dont forget Piipen was named top 50, AND IN THE TWO YRS MIKE "retired" he led the bulls to the eastern conference finals, where they lost to the knicks. The year scottie posterized pat, and we lost to the dream in the finals! (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr), so the team was pretty good, and later on he played with ron harper, dennis rodman, and tony kukoc. With phil jack as the coach. not bad

  5. WHat was Ewing's excuse when Mike went to play baseball? Was that when they went to the finals and Pat was to hurt to play?

King was a great scorer, but nothing else. He was dynamic, but blown out knee or not what did he ever win?

dream and clyde ywo hofs, and big shot bob is in some peoples discussion. One hof (pat) vs two hofs and a maybe! Cant win like that, odds too great

    two*.............

  10. King was an all time knick great. Pat was a great example of not living up to the hype.

  11. Lets see. Rory Sparrow, Truck Robinson, Ken The Animal Bannister, Louis Orr, Marvin the eraser Webster, Oh, Bill Cartwright. Now that supporting class was like a CYO team compared to Pats. You are not up on the Knicks are you pal.

  12. Looks like we have our back up in Jason Kidd. I guess we are going to have to match the Rockets offer for Jeremy LIN>

Wow, no ring no respect huh? I had typed this long rant , but erased it because I have no basis for an opinion on this subject anymore due to the fact I no longer waste my time watching this media/social brainwashing tool-because it has become just that-
Hey Lake last year I made it back to the 201(after 10yrs away), and the traffic drove me nearly nuts, nearly impossible to drive anywhere seems like 3/4 of the nation lives there and is driving, and most of the time badly .LMAO

  14. It is congested up that way. You really have to research different routes according to the times of day. Not for the feint of heart.

Joe Johnson being top 10 is sound looks funny to me maybe a few years ago but still that's a great nucleus. They are instant contenders with those 3 together. I hope it happens. I'm a big D Howard fan, best big in the league

And lake how many rings did King bring to the big apple? Pat is the only player TO LEAD US TO THE FINALS THE LAST 30 YRS, but I guess you knew that huh? Seems to me like you are the one not up on the knicks! He had to get past mike to make it out the east, and like I said some of the best that did it couldnt beat the tongue. No shame in that

  17. You are really dumb. Pat Ewing was supposed to make it to the finals. With all the Willis Reed comparisons and all. He was a loser. He had a much better supporting cast then Michael Jordan. He choked in the big spots while Michael performed.

NO YOU ARE! You are arguing pat against WHAT SOME WOULD SAY IS THE GREATEST EVER! And plz stop jaw jacking bring facts to the discussion. How many hofs did pat ever play with? (crickets chirping) Just answer plz! mike played with two (pippen and rodman) Like I said the same team minus mike made it to the conference finals and lost to pat! SAME EXACT ROSTER, JUST MINUS JORDAN. So until you can name JUST ONE HALL OF FAMER PAT PLAYED WITH, AND I CAN ALREADY TELL YOU THE ANSWER IS ZERO, YOU SHALL REMAIN THE DUMB ONE.

What's wrong wwith a fade away. MJ Kobe Dirk and most the other great scorers in the league use that shot bc u can't block it. The knicks did have a good tough team so that excuse won't work. The problem was no1 was gonna beat Jordan, jus want gonna happen! Bernard King was a beast but the besst was Hakeem Olajuwon. I think he is the best center ever. He could do it all. Dominated both ends and had perimeter skills. He made the other dominate post looks like much lesser players in head to head matchups.

  20. SO what? Mike played with 2 hall of famers in his career. He wasn't hyped out of college like Ewing was.
