  1. hi im from England and quite new to this forum i was just wondering all that i ever see are the fat/stocky show staffs and never the true working type i just wanted to know if any one has these in england and if you know any breeders.
i also wanted to know if dogs with bloodlines such as psycho or the dublin red strain are available here

  2. hi mate
I have a dog from the ch psyco line . This line goes way back and in all honesty i think this is a blinding line . If you look at website keeches bullbreads and go to Back in the day there you will see other generations of this line . Im going to line her maybe this season or the next , im looking to give the owner of sire pic of litter . heres a couple of pics of a fit , athletic dog ,

No problem also be careful with posting peds and the ped as vouched by redbill is very well bred I have owned a jocko bitch and she was a little pocket rocket didnt have good looks due to being very inbred but had some fire and is good in the field

  12. lol good hunters you are been fed some shite
If you got the cash and willing to pay for these dogs to be imported to you fair play to you. You can only go on what they tell you but that line are nothing more than A frame dogs, no offence if that your game then sound

  15. At the end of the day you are feeding them and picking up after them and if you are happy with them then thats all that counts

if you get a good stafford from any line you have been extremely lucky indeed.most lines will throw up the odd good one,of course i am talking sporting lines not the porky pig type dogs seen at crufts, these are ruined, but none throw enough quality consistantly , that is the price paid for decades of not breeding for performance and telling tall tales when selling to newbies who go out and do just the same.
if you do get a good one from whatever line you decide on and are determined to stick with the staffords then breed it to another good one no matter how it is bred, who knows it might put you ahead in the stafford circle. christ knows there are enough people breeding to keep lines as pure as they can or for colour, size, looks or even just to see a famous dog at the back of the pedigree, to be honest this is no different than what those breeders trying to win crufts are doing and get slated for on these boards all of the time for being peddlars and ruining the breed.if a stafford is not looked at then why breed it ? it does seem they get more of a pass on testing than would be done with the apbt's.
do your homework first though and do not believe internet rumours and second hand stories, i have seen some dogs highly regarded in stafford circles that were garbage, yet are at stud "to select bitches", and seen others that have had some bad press that were way better than they are ever given credit for and better than many of the highly touted ones.good luck.
