Southern Pride Kennels

anyone ever heard of this kennel? i saw a picture in an APBT book and the caption siad the beauitful dog in the picture was from this kennel.

 

ive heard of them if i remeber correctly you have to watch cause their are a few kennels with this name spelled differently or worded differently

 

if you are talking about gibson's southern pride kennels, last i heard he is out of the dogs, or at least closed to the public???? he ran red devil/ofrn stuff and is well respected. used to have a nice website but it was taken down awhile back. but as the previous poster said, there are several kennels by this name, just telling you about the one i know of. maybe someone else has better info? hope that helps.

Dan Gibson of southern pride kennels has some real good dogs. My partner had dogs from him since before i ever even got in the dogs, And had some good ones. A few he had were very shy when he recived them but every one turned out. If you can get in touch with him and get him to give you a dog i would no doubt get one, otherwise Iron MIke But getting a dog from him may also be a challenge unless you havce refferences or have bought a dog from him before.

 

Actually North, I have a couple dogs with a few Gibson dog's in the ped, not much to brag about (lol_) I hear there's a few people up in MI with some more of it, too...

interesting. i wasnt sure the picture didnt look recent. it was in the the book The Ultimate American Pit Bull Terrier. small picture but beauitful dog.they show some of WSK's dogs as well.

 

and to think some people believe that those peds were not hung. Man don't you know that is some ate up looking mutts there. Crazy!
