Sick pup ?

    I have a pup 7 wks old. Two days ago he started to pass a yellow cheesy like substance. In all my years with these dogs I have not seen this happen. He is goimg to the vet today, but I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and if so what was the cause.

    Is the pup still on the momma? I have seen it with pups that are just starting to digest it as newborn. The first week or two of life.

    No, momma dried up about a week ago. He is on Clavamox now, and should be fine in about a week.
