rally if it was legal then we would'nt have our dogs killled . we would'nt have our kids put in prison and gang raped . we could make gas , paper , milk , glue , sourse of protein , plastic , concrete and much more +taxes and a relaxent that want kill you .

peppapig sorry your mother died from cancer . i hope you got her some smoke to help her through the tuff times she had . my mother has cancer and this is the second time it came back in 8 months so i know how it feels . but i do know that she is 74 olds old and never tried it until she got so sick from the chemo that she thought is was killing her . now it's back and the chemo it much stronger so she will be breaking the law to make her feel better .

Good call A.G.K., it should at bare minimum be decriminalized for the simple fact that we don't need to be filling up jails, and prisons for a person that want's to smoke some weed after a day at work or on the weekends. I see no problem with it....same if not safer than getting drunk out of your mind.

medical cannabis has been legal here since 96', but theyre going to pass it as bein legal for everybody here, but with that comes a shitload of government laws that step on the 215 patients feet.

as a prop 215 patient im state legally allowed to grow up to 12 plants and harvest up to 3 lbs. at any givin time im allowed with 3 lbs in my posession.

if i am caught siliciting to ANYBODY (except other patients) including minors, it automatic loss of liscense.

if im caught in posession of anything higher than 3 lbs, thats a loss of my liscense.

with the new law passed EVERYBODY (including patients) will only be allowed in posession of up to 1 oz at any given time (car,house,harvest,ect)
meaning if you grow weed, you can only grow an 1 oz.

growers can legally grow in a 5x5 (ft) gardening area thats NOT visible to the public.

if your caught siliciting to minors its AUTOMATIC 3 YEARS INCARCERATION.
