    Yeah, a damn shame, he was supposed to be here in Ohio over the weekend. Music was so good back then, it's kind of shit now, either that or i am just considered "old School" now lol.

    New music in general is junk anymore. I listen to Rap and R&B and the current stuff has no substance to it at all. No real story behind the songs today, just a bunch of words that rhyme. Half the time they just make up new words that don't mean shit lol.
    I hear that about most genres though these days.

    Same buddy, as for country, if it ain't pre 2000's i probably don't much care for it. It's all POP now.
    I know exactly what you mean, the new style is "mumble rap", like are you serious? GTFO lol. Me being an engineer/producer, i hear all kinds of wack shit, as long as the sound coming out of their mouth sounds like it rhymes with what they said, they use it lol. I can't count the days ive had sitting here recording some wack ass mumble rapper thinking i need to look for a new line of work lol. It's all pop now really, anything on the radio is pop, rather it's Hip Pop, rap, country and even rock. It's all pathetic if ya ask me, no talent anymore.

    Don't know how true it is or not but I just read that his death was ruled a suicide by hanging. Damn shame.

    Yea it has been ruled suicide. His wife said she thinks it was related to a prescription medication he'd been taking.
