    Can i register a dog that' have
    unregistered parents

    If you're saying that none of the ancestors are registered then I'm pretty sure you can not. At least with any reputable registry. But if the parents are not registered but the grandparents are, then I think you can with some legwork being done. Somebody more familiar may comment but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
