I have been going threw pedigrees on dog from these crosses - not just 1 particular family or strain but just randomly following pedigrees - these dogs seems to consistently produced winners.

This is excluding crossed made to Jeep or Honeybunch crosses and then also the combo when adding those infamous Boyles dogs. As that is for another post on both families.

What is it that makes this cross so special? It started with the Mayday dog then filtered down to his offspring then other crosses with similar dogs down certain parts of the Termite family_ Machobuck and his family_ The Nico dog and his family _ certain parts of the Hardcore family_ the Hollingsworth family when crossed to Redboy Jocko_ etc etc you guys get where I am going with this.

A few years back I had a Redboy Jocko Frisco http://apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=207116 that I was going to add but went with the RedBoy/Eli x Bolio tombstone to what I use . http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=456182,
Jocko is related to The Alligator & Maloney dogs so just liked how the other redboy cross worked with what I had.
Plan on tightening up more on the Bolio/ Tombstone this year before adding the Redboy/Eli back in it.

I just think the history of those lines says it all. That they were phenoms in all catorgories, thats why some use redboy an bolio as the base. Im willing to bet all over the world the majority has bolio on their yard or putit in their breeding program.

@Ziggy311, I'm confused. Why is it when I speak of blood lines.... they don't exist but then you speak of adding redboy Eli bolio..

That's because when you talk to most these days 'THAT'S ALL THEY UNDERSTAND".
If you go to my site you'll see the way I talk I represent.
They are represented as Patricks, Crabbs, Hollands,Clemmons,Sorrells & so on. Even a family name that's not well known " Browns is giving his just do. But because he isn't a house hold name we broke his down to Alligator /Nigerino ".
If people knew a fraction of what they claimed when I started this family most would have not heard of what the little they have of what I feed. Fact is that allot of those that were talked to didn't understand how could someone have a family of their own.
Answer is the same way famous people has theirs.
Do not Tom Garner has his own family? How about all the big name guys?
But the facts is that everyone who cross families have their own. So we posted peds on the internet & in books , yet still more were still don't understand how can you have your own.
I have literally WASTED MORE TIME TALKING BASIC info & it's old.
So for those wanting to LEARN SOMETHING THEY WEREN'T TOLD that I & others considered the basics I share info about no FAMILIES BASED ON BREEDERS for others just going with the flow & not understanding what they are talking about I try not to even waste time.
Long before that issue ever came up on this site , my site used the Names of the breeders. Long before Bill Gates started the WWW, I still used what I was taught & used Breeders names to describe families.

So what your saying is all dogs come from particular blood lines..it's the breeder of the future dogs that will create something new. As the breeder continues his breeding plan by his standards he again creates his version as he is the actual breeder of the two dogs not who had them before so on and son on. ABK helped as well redboy dogs were Colby dogs but we don't call them colby Yellow dog are redboy but we don't call them that while the foundation is Colby....

So whatever I breed up over time will be my line whether good or bad come by it..
    Time to research further.
I have to agree with the OP these dogs do seem to holding up very well...

People make things difficult.....I think what Ziggy is saying is no matter what a pedigree says about how a dog is bred blood line is not as important as who bred the dogs because each person select's on different traits and ideas which could make for a totally different type of family no matter if your inbreeding or not

Imo , these days less people are giving there acknowledgement for there work.
I recconize Mr Brown dogs as His own family of dogs.
He has put in the years ,work & effort into building his own family.
He used & combinded several family of dogs including mine to build his family of dogs. So just because there is a little of mine in it & I own 2 of the dogs, these dogs are still Brown family of dogs.
    http://www.apbt.online-pedigrees.com/modules.php?name=Public&file=printPedigree&dog_id=543192

Once I add this to my existing family only them do the offspring become my family using browns as an out because I have blood on both top & bottom of the offspring. They will be my blood , but not the dog.
