pool mishap

These last few days my girlfriend has been house watching. The house has a pool so she has been taking our dog swimming. After i took her out tonight i noticed her butt is bleeding. It is on the outside of her rectum. I cleaned it with soapy water and used neosporin. My question is should i do anything special to clean her like antibiotics or anything? Also i think the cut opened after she took a crap because i havent noticed and she has been home for hours. Will it heal alright?
Oh yeah i guess i didn't explain how this happened. She was jumping in and hitting her ass on the edge wich is pretty ruff.
