Any kind of "meat" is pretty much muscle meat. Ground beef/pork/turkey, steaks, chicken quarters are the muscle meats that I feed my dogs :)

I don't even know if that made sense lol

Not a stupid question at all. There are 2 major types of muscle cells, smooth and striated. Smooth is like what lines the bladder and striated is what is in the heart. They have different machanisms for causing contraction. I would assume muscle meats are tissue containing striated cells like the heart, bicep, etc. Not liver, kidney, bladder, etc.

If you wanna get that technical, lol, it would be skeletal muscle. There are three types of muscle tissue; smooth, skeletal, and cardiac. Cardiac and skeletal are striated, and smooth is non-striated.

Liver, kidneys, and intestines would be considered organ meat. The skeletal muscles (muscles attached to bones) would be considered muscle meat in a RAW diet, which I am just assuming that is why you're asking, if not, it's still the same answer :)
