    I wonder if he was stupid as shit like she was lol. She too had awful conformation. Was sway backed, hocked and very bad case of carpal subluxation. Unlike him though, she was colder than a polar bears toenails.

    Same here. I can't force myself to do it.

    I have seen several where if I had I would have the dog's picture on this thread as they went on to do great things. And in hindsight I say I should have bit the bullet and bought the dog.

    Then I say next time I'm going to bite that bullet and get the dog.

    Then the next time comes and I can't force myself to do it.

    Vicious cycle.

    I have dirty mary and gina blue eyes back in my peds quite a bit. I aint going to lie, I have always wanted one with that one light colored eye. It's so unique. Never produced it though, probably because I don't focus on that side of my pedigrees.

    That's a real nice breeding. How did they turn out for you?

    At 7 weeks the best set of puppies anyone would ever want to look at but at 8 weeks naked as a jaybird. Demodectic mange. Spent a ton of money to no avail. There was one male that was picked at 7 weeks. They kept him and every time they rolled him he would get naked too. I could not stand to see the puppies or any dogs in poor health, especially if it is something I can't help them with. He won once and threw it in both litters.

    I think it would have been a good breeding but it never worked out for me.

    That sucks man. It seems to be that way sometimes. Both those breedings I posted didn't even take. One stud was sterile and I was late getting to the stud for the other. Good memories still but I do think to myself sometimes "what could have come from those 2 breedings". Especially the bells baby jones one. Sort of like the age all question, how many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop sucker. The world may never know. Lol.

    Man it ain’t no tellin how some of them dogs from Pat was really bred. When Ronald got Dirty Mary she was already pregnant from Bobby Jr supposedly. Clyde, King David, and Black Gold were in that litter. Ronald then acquired Bobby Jr and made the breeding to Dirty Mary himself and those dogs were nothing like the 1st litter in appearance are behavior; and you never even hear about that 2nd litter cause none of them were worth talking bout. Makes me wonder.

    I heard that or read that somewhere in years past. I can remember some stupid shit with no problem, then something that is pertinent to a conversation escapes me. Funny how that works.

    Out of my Patrick's Anvil dog we were getting a lot of white headed type dogs. I'm not all into color matching dogs to their parents but sometimes when things just stick out.

    When breeding Anvil we were getting a lot of dogs like these. He was on the yard at the time but not in Anvil's pedigree.

    Again it really did not matter, as we pointed Anvil and he went, plus Anvil was not much on reading.

    Wouldn't know if they are or aren't as I don't roll with him like that and haven't since I was down there doing that breeding quite a few years back now but He's always open if you'd like to find out.. Feel free to call him out.. ;)

    Always been good to me that's all I know or care about. That breeding didn't take so it don't matter to me any. Nothing on this yard is from that yard.

    That rose garden don't look too shabby to me especially with quite a few of my flowers planted down there in full bloom.

    I know he has 2 right now that are wide open for pruning. Feel free to contact him and pull that rose then if you feel so inclined and confident in what you type....
