    I have seen a few dogs from Invicto, carrying about half Crabb blood. These dogs were the deal. Granted, two or three can't blanket an entire family, but I was impressed with those three.


    I hear some things about money and papers so I would question sending off for one.

    If someone dont like pedigrees and genetics,,,
    they probably dont understand half the stuff I write and skipping over it would be of the best interest...

    I found there is a select few that study bloodlines and when I met Mr Ratliff,,,
    my buddy dirty and I couldnt listen enough and engage him back in couple hours conversations as
    Mr Ratliff was a true blood connoisseur and sure seen more than most and had more than most seen...

    Like I mentioned before I was too lost when I first read Mr Roccas books of bloodline ramblings,,,
    once those ramblings linked it provoked a snowball of understanding...

    Both those fine men put out a half dozen books combined and Mr Ratliffs pedigree studies are second to none...


    Promoe as far as your tightest bolio dog being a house dog,,,
    I know of three separate lines of bolio families that had alot of cold females,,,
    some say they were very late starters and some already banked on breeding them
    and when they did turn on they were exceptional but not stretched because of the value of their off spring...

    the best producer of the newer BOLIO blood added to the old family,,,
    high percentage males and majority cold females but when bred they produced dogs like their sire!!!

    another cold/late starter that produced great males and a few cold females...

    with both these lines the cold females resulted in tight breedings or first generation,,,
    a couple generations removed the cold female issue seemed to resolve itself
    if you can just get pass breeding a cold gyp...


    For those dont like what I write,,, the peds I start or the peds I add,,, DONT READ THEM!!!

    This is a male off Kasai that was one of my favorites. Kasai clicked with the Mims dogs. Really, really high percentages. Mims intensity and all night effort coupled with his strength and mouth.


    Ozzie was one that had it all. Including finish. His first went :50 or :51, can't remember. He broke out on top, stayed on top, and finished the 'better' dog from the high dollar camp. Kasai, by way of Cornbread and Chloe opened a few upper level doors and Ozzie walked right in. He was a brisket dog. Right in the center of the chest just as it separates to the abdomen. When he got there it was brutal, ruthless and there was no getting him out. Three card show he was BIS. Mostly because after fifty minutes he stood in the crate going after everything that moved for the next two hours. A maniac.


    It took time to be convinced to call him a 2XW. His 1st was straight up. He was hooked for #2. There was a call three or four days out and the show was cancelled. On Saturday morning another 37 male collected a forfeit. Ozzie was called upon for Saturday night but he had already been fed Saturday afternoon. It was arranged for Sunday night. The other male hit the scale at 37 and Ozzie had been fed up since the cancellation and after emptying he was just shy of 39. Ozzie's camp declined. The name calling started. Ozzie was a heck of a dog, and giving him 2 pounds was a real bad idea. Ozzie's camp did not see the point. Tried to leave.


    This older cat in attendance basically said, "Son it is hard enough to look after yourself and your dogs. It is impossible to do those things and look out every one else and there dogs too. Give them what they ask for". In so many words.....


    It was a heck of go and both on weight would have been a classic. 16-18 minutes the tide turned, the better dog came to the top, the weight started to show by 20 and at 25 it was all about when they picked up. They pondered the situation and at :28 it was RIP.


    For a long time he was listed as a 1XW because the weight made a better dog unbelievably better. In time he was called a 2XW as a little props to Kasai and the family.

    I was thinking :28 but the ped listing shows :26. I'm thinking 28 is right but it was a long time ago.,


    And Ozzie looked like Toothless Jack spit him out. Could have been passed off as twins.

    I assume Kasais area helped his production as the Mims dogs crossed good as well as other locals strains,,,
    but what I also like is when the old blood breeds true when bred back to the immediate family...

    Spooky scratched just fine until she met one just as bad as her.. Then she didn't scratch but she had a shitty keep on her.

    The bitch would make some funky scratches like spinning around in a complete circle before going across and shit. She wasn't in great shape when she didn't go her last time out but I do believe she could've and just didn't. Personally I blame her top side I had the same problem with Jethro dogs

    EP...if you don't mind me asking, what are some of the things you and Mr. Ratliff talked about...like Butkus....any good info on him...also a dog like Red Pirate.....how do you view him...just asking i know patricks name is not on them but they seem to be rich in bolio blood.....

    I agree the Jethro blood is known to pack it in, did you ever see her? I was there she wasn't worked at all and still jumped out to a huge lead, the other was just as bad and game. Spooky ran her scratches straight true until she collapsed in her corner, she was a dog who should of made rank.

    I saw her when she broke Jose bitches leg after Jose keep lifting his bitch up the whole time. I wasn't there for her last one but C told me what went down. He didn't believe she was in too deep of shock to continue.

    She definitely should have been champed out she was a bad little gyp

    She was in complete shock and should of never been shown that night, her owner failed her by not working her. Even worked she wouldn't of won the night, the sounds that were being made were the type you don't forget. For the J show she was worked by another camp.

    Actually she was the last one I had gotten from Tom and I took her because she was a late starter and hadn't turned on yet . On top of that she is a red tri-color. Which the ol lady said "we'll take her" before I even thought about it. Anyways funny how that came about.

    Whats interesting is I mentioned mr Ratliff before you did and thats where you got the bitch???

    To boot she fit my bloodline profile I noticed,,, hmm...

    What gets me is how I can connect the dots and share my findings,,,
    but these counter types like BB,,, and his cheerleeders AGK and Saiynothing come on my thread with ZERO!!!

    who is the troll??? saiy... who needs some exceptance??? AGK,,, hmm... bitches...

    Another thing I will mention is how I sparked another three members whoms opinions I actually I trust to share their bolio experiences,,, and promoe I would have to put you on that lower list as number four,,,

    Do you mind sharing how the bitch was bred and if you ever bred her,,, and If so to what???

    All of mine off of him were straight crosses. The tighter breedings were done when all my spots were full. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have dome some things differently.


    The original plan with Kasai was to cross him to the best Red Boy dogs we had, or had access to. The best females from there back to Patrick's Anvil (SleightonXYeska). It never really materialized.

    dont know much about the Anvil dog besides my buddy dirty had this socks bitch that was a cull,,,
    he said there were a couple rally good dogs in the litter but socks was a cull...
