OX tail?

I feel like one of the best cuts of meat on a cow is tongue. But people have mental blocks on in terms of meat to consume.

Menudo is my cure to the hangover. I used to spend 5 bucks and bring a HUGE boiling pot to the restaurant near my apartment when I used to live in East L.A. and they'd fill it up to the brim. posole is def nice!

Food trucks are a big deal out here in Cali. They got a truck that serves Korean BBQ tacos called Kogi. SO DAMN BOMB!
