I wright this, even if it will make me look like a stupid fool!
I have 4 dogs, Brandy is a male,7 years, mix street dog. Molly is a female, 3.5 years pit bull, Pepsi is a female, 3 years, German shepherd, Baileys is a female 3 years miniature mix street dog.
I NEVER leave them together alone, but I let them play together when Im home and can supervise them. I never had any problems with Molly, untill yesterday.
All of us was in the backyard playing, Pepsi with her water basin, Molly with her kong and Brandy and Baileys was running around like crazy. Brandy , by misstake, slammed in to Baileys and she cried. Out of no were, Molly came flying on Brandy! They have never been fighting before( 3.5 years). I think she was deffending Baileys. I separated them and after inspection, straight to the vet!
Brandy got some bite wounds, not bad. But Molly got one bite wound, in her eye!!!!!! She is fine, but she looks at me with one eye!
Most of all I want to warn anyone, that have more than one dog, even if they never been fighting and they been together for years!! take Sukies golden rule, "Never trust a pit bull not to fight"

Imagine what it would have been like had your pitbull realy ment it. Glad you managed to separate them with out sustaining injury to your self.
