Mountaineer APBT Club Presents an APBA Show November 1st in Taylorsville, NC.

Location: Ellendale Park Ln, Taylorsville, NC


We will be having two shows, two treadmill races, a Best of Show, and some fun Shows!

It is the day after the ADBA show in Taylorsville, and is only 10 minutes down the road. So, Stay in town, and catch the APBA show!

Registration to the APBA is free if you show a dog!

There is, also, a Spay/Neutered Conformation class, in which, your S/N dog can get some conformation points! So, Come show off those S/N dogs!

Fun Show Categories:
Best Red Nose, Best Black, Best Brindle, Best Buckskin, Best Blue, Best White (must be at least 50% white, This is also a NEW Category), Best Bully, Junior Handler, and Judge's Choice!

Just wanted to add if your dog isn't S/N, it can only be registered if you have ADBA, AADR, or UKC papers.

If the dog is S/N, then you don't need papers.

If your dog doesn't have papers and is intact, we have a bunch of fun show categories, you can enter your dog in.

Registration 8:00-9:30 for show 1
(show will begin at 10:15 am)

Registration for second show will
close at 11:00 ( second show will
begin after fun show)

Entry fees are $10 for sanctioned
classes and $5 for fun classes

3. J.K. Deal - he will be judging the fun shows, and the best of show.

Rules:
1. CONFORMATION AGE REQUIREMENTS: DOG MUST BE NO LESS THAN FOUR MONTHS
OF AGE (TO THE DATE OF BIRTH) TO BE ENTERED.
2. TREADMILL RACE AGE REQUIREMENTS: DOG MUST BE NO LESS THAN 6 MONTHS OF
AGE (TO THE DATE OF BIRTH) TO BE ENTERED.
3. ALL CHILDREN ON PREMISES MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES.
4. ALL DOG WILL BE SECURED IN DOG CRATES AND ATTENDED TO AT ALL TIMES.
CRATES MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION. One Dog per crate.
5.WHILE PARTICIPATING IN EVENT(S), LEADS ARE TO BE NO LONGER THAN 4 FEET AND
ATTACHED TO A "BELT BUCKLE" COLLAR. COLLAR MUST BE SECURE. NO "FLEX"
LEADS, "QUICK RELEASE" SNAPS, OF "CHOKE CHAINS" ALLOWED.
6.DOGS WILL BE SECURED IN DESIGNATED HOLDING AREA UNTIL CALLED FOR
PARTICIPATION.
7. THERE WILL BE NO "FACING-OFF" OF DOGS, "CHALLENGES" OR UN-SPORTSMAN
LIKE CONDUCT ALLOWED.
8. NO BITCHES IN HEAT.
9. IN APPROPRIATE AND/OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. ANY
DOG SHOWING AGGRESSION TO HUMANS, OR HUMAN SHOWING AGGRESSION TO DOG,
WILL BE BARRED FORM PARTICIPATION.
10. DOGS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH APBA MUST BRING A COPY BRING A COPY
OF THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND A COPY OF THE PEDIGREE. (Unless your dog is spayed/neutered, then you don't need any papers).

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
