i like controversy, i think pretty has great skills, but i want to see an upset. i want to see how flyod handles a loss esp one he thinks he should win. boxing is more than being in shape, iwant to see how he responds mentally..after a loss. in a way its good for boxing because it would b a shock for the sport and hopefully get people talking about the mother of fights mr pac vs mr pretty!!!!

 

Thats what I dont like about him dodgin fights. As if a loss makes you any less of a fighter??? The best fighters of all time have taken L's... they always come back.

 

i agree totally with u venom it takes a real champ to take a hard loss and come back even more hungry. the loss does NOT make u less of a fighter but for us fight fans and boxing maybe if an upset occurs, it would make both fighters dig down deep within to win!!! giving us a fight which will become a classic like ali and frazier

I recon floyd will take it. He is smarter and faster with better skills. Ortiz is like a True Eli dog. Always trying to go in and hit hard. He has heart, but no smarts.

None of those guys were slow by any means, Cassius CLay was "exceptionally" fast, everytime I see Mayflower Fight it seems like the Man watched too many Cassius Clay fights and took notes.... those Guys were truly the Pride of the Sport in those days,
