Looking for research or court documents

    I saw court papers recently, where they were prosecuting some people for the APBT's they had, and they had an expert testifying that you cannot prove a certain breed of dog (eg. APBT) and by proving the breed cannot euthanize them. Where cities & states are banning APBT's they're trying to prove exactly what An APBT is by blood tests (eg. genetics etc.)
    Anyone else seen the documents I speak of? I lost track of them somehow, thought I saved them in my favorites.
