    I was watching some stuff last night and one of the early predictions was possibly Alabama and OSU in the Orange Bowl. When that popped up I bet Meyer was thinking, "What do I do to have to get away from the SEC?". I think the other bowls won't make that match up because they are into spreading the wealth, who's who, whose fan base travels the best and then makes it money games vs. best vs. best.

    I would rather see 1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6, and so on and so on. No money in that. S

    I wish things were best squad vs. best squad, all the way from the top to the bottom. After 1 vs. 2 it is based on which teams fan base travels the best. It is all about selling beer and hotdogs and concessions. S

    I agree slim...I am thinking this playoff is going to be good for college football..And i wouldnt mind if they exopanded it to 6 teams eventually..But we will see how it goes.

    I like the idea of the play off system myself. I wish they would use the bowls to do so, like the bowls plus one. To me this year, Fla. State should play the #4 team in the Orange Bowl and Auburn should play the #3 team in the Sugar bowl, and the two winners play a plus one game in the Fiesta. The major bowls could rotate the title game annually. I know this very simplistic and I am sure how the money lands will decide the when and wheres of the playoffs. S

    lmao ...i dont think he leaving BB he is recruiting too hard..Thier is no way these kids would be coming if he told em he wasnt going to be there.He has a chance to make histoy with this recruiting class.This recruiting class could finish as the best recruiting class in the nation with the most points seperating this class from the number 2 class .It could be the most points seperating number 1 from number 2 ever.

    wait till tomorrow the shit gonna hit the fan when Mack Brown steps down.If Texas foesnt get a coach from the NFL and say they go after a Jimbo Fisher or a Malzahn it will start a dominoe effect.You could see 3 to 5 coaching chamges.It could be crazy.

    Malzhon already told a close friend that UT was his dream job...And he hasnt signed the dotted line yet either..Texas is a big time power house with the deepest pockets in the nation.

    I hope Saban stays at Alabama. I can see the appeal of the Texas job. Texas has a ton of resources. More than most I would say. I agree when one leaves it will be a domino effect for the coaching carousel. The Texas job will get it started. We will see by the weekend I bet.

    My only issue is that the coaches can up and leave before the bowl games. I think that is really unfair tot he kids. "Kids pour your guts out for me and right before we get what we worked for, well, I am going to cash in on your hard work and leave you high and dry". Not fair to the kids. S
