hunters!!!

Well deer season is kicking off in almost every state, how bout we hunters start posting some results.

I was out this past saturday morning and smoked a doe with my bow. A little while after i killed her i rattled in a little 6 pointer but let him walk to grow up a little.

Hows everyone else doin in the field

 

AHHHHHHHH! You suck! I havent been out yet. I was supposed to got to my brothers in Raleigh (sp?) NC for opening weekend but I didnt make it. Good thing though because he still hasnt killed anything. I've got these brand new packs of Grim Reapers just dying to pass through some brown fur. Damnit, I was doing well. Now Ive got the fever. GREAT!

 

lol, yea mang im hype about the rut starting up soon and have the cold weather move in. My NAP spitfire zoomed right through the big ass doe and she fell after only like 30 yards. weighed in over 100lbs, pretty big for a doe. Lookin for a monster 12 pointer i saw in the summer, but he's been in hiding for a while now

 

mmmmmm..someone send me some deer meat. That's good stuff!

 

Boi-What part of PA you go hunting at? I go to lancaster and york areas

 

is it just bow season in PA?...Because were I grew up in PA, deer season doesn't start until after Thanksgiving.

 

i hunt in basically most of the southeast counties like montgomery, berks and schuylkill counties

 

yea its bow season right now, gun season is the monday after turkey day

 

Okay, yeah that's how it was in my hometown. We would always get that day off of school, instead of Columbus day.

Dead serious. We always got the first day of buck off. I guess they realized that most of the school wouldn't show up anyway.

 

oh yea, they still do it around the rural counties in PA. PA is well known as a state with one of the highest number of hunters per population. and a whole lot of deer if u know where to look

 

Season starts Saturday. I have to work but I am gonna try to go out next week. We always got the first day of season off as an excused absence. Seen some nice bucks out at the in-laws house.

 

It poured all of opening day here and now its getting nice and warm so no deer here. Saw 3 does the night before opening day though.

 

I love me some Venison meat! Buffalo too!

 

Once we move, we'll hyave some deer...our property already is full of them...the previous owner killed one two weeks ago with his bow

 

Buck day lol good one. Boiboi send me some of those deer horns. i hear they are good for the dogs to chew on lol

 

lol why does everyone think we're kidding, im dead serious about that.
oh man u should see my dog around deer season, he's constantly chewing on a fresh deer bone, he loves it and it cleans his teeth real nice. I don't give him the horns, thats for me to play with lol

 

I know. People, we aren't joking. We seriously get off of school the first day of buck season. I always thought it was awesome. Actually I still do. lol. The funny part was even though we got the first day off, the school always had a bunch of absents on that next day as well. lol.
