wouldnt a dog have a hard time getting through a full grown Spotted Hyena hyde?

 

If you look on line there are pics of ghetto kids in Africa walking hyenas on a leash with a muzzle. Apparently some street kids were using them as weapons much like urban kids use pit bulls here in America. Not too smart.

 

I dont know anything about the Honey Badger, but i have to say, i would have no problem letting my Bulldog go on a Badger here in the states.

packs of african wild dogs are known regulary to kill packs of hyena.and boerboels are known to kill wild dogs so a 70lb game pit should have no problem $100.000 is a big bet if the match was to happen your ass would be flapping lol

lol i lived in africa for 2 years bro lol there is a documentary about wild dogs that were killing hyena in a part of africa due to many predators fight for food dude lol

 

dogs have kill baboon before so why would it be different now (jock of the bushveld staffordshire bull terrier) and there are other stories of dogs killing primates a friend of mine owns 6 boerboels in cape town and an old bitch of his has killed many baboon as he lives under table top moutain and baboon are pests

LOOK Baboons are a hard customer to deal with. Bad

 

They're evolutionary immune/resistant to many snake venoms (like many mustelids are)....hence why they can take bites and survive....Really has nothing to do with toughness at all....If it didn't have that resistance to snake venom it would be dead just like any other animal....Same with the mongoose....they can kill cobras because they are resistant to neurotoxins

I think the Honey Badger is a rather overrated animal to be honest. Mostly a bluffer that has excellent defense (thick skin etc) and is good at deterring predators....Not game like certain dogs or those crazy fighting Spanish Bulls (now those things are tough!!)
