Here's my mutt

Here's my mutt, her name is Brooklyn. We affectionately call her "B". She was rehomed to me at 10 weeks. She'll be 14 weeks tomorrow. In two weeks, she'll (hopefully, like it's hard, lol) earn her STAR puppy. My plan is Rally O with this girl.

Rally O is the "pet owner's" version of AKC obedience. Any dog can compete, regardless of breed or mix. It's basically a course that has different stations where you have to give the dog a command and they must follow the command before moving on to next station. The more you advance, the less physical encouragement you are allowed to give and by Rally Excellent RE (2nd highest title) you can only use verbal encouragement and praise. Also as you advance they include jumps, off leash heeling and a longer course/more stations.
I will most likely register her with AKC Canine Partners, since she's not an AKC recognized breed.
It's pretty fun. Not as challenging as a lot of sports, but we can always branch out from there.
