He's still young so im get my girls dog over to see if he'll socialize keep them apart just incase. My girls dog 6 years old so he help

Everybody here has got some shit at some time or another, its how you deal with the shit that determines how long you hang around. This forum is full of ppl who dedicated a good portion of their lives to owning these dogs and don't take lightly to a noob getting a hound without at least the bare essentials in knowledge of dogs.

I don't buy a lot of this, you said earlier that the dog knew nothing on feb, 26 th but less yet 6 days later you have it, not only trained, but by hand signals? This is very doubtful to me.

You are spot on with this. To this day I search this site for older threads with information and subjects that I find interesting. No need to try and socialize your dog.

 

Why did you buy a dog that was 9 Months Old ??? If you saw the dog before you got it you knew what you were getting - a timid fearful dog that was never going to make a trustworthy pet. Stop wasting time and get rid of the dog before it starts fear biting and hurts someone. Start off with a pup 7 - 12 weeks old(no older). Bond with it and start training and socialization early. Preferably w/ the help of a trainer in puppy classes as I fear you do not have the experience to do this on your own. In a couple of years you should have what you want in your trained dog and you'll both be a lot happier --- and everyone around you will be much safer !!!

he's doing well but he's still timid he sit on command with just hand jester as well as lay
and rise but it took 2 months people can say what they want but it's hard to just let go.
