    That food looks great. I've been making some great steaks on my Akorn Jr. Tonight I'm trying chicken. I'm going to pound chicken strips to make them thin and tender, then marinade in a mix of lime juice, oil, salt and pepper. Then grill. Then I will dip in a sauce made from wasabi, lime juice and oil: http://www.food.com/recipe/wasabi-lime-dressing-348580?ftab=reviews

    In my neighborhood, people go crazy with fireworks. They go into Washington where they can buy the professional grade multi color exploding mortars, black cats, etc. Then they go from around 9:00 till around 1:00. My dogs don't like it, but tolerate it ok. One dog that I co own and lives with other people is very bothered by it.

    Food sounds great man.I can go 2 miles and see at least 3 diff firework stands.It sounded like cannons going off at my house and didn't cost me a dime lol.I just watched everyone else's .

    Getting he corn ready now and doing the chops later this afternoon.

    Slow cooked 20 1/2 chickens on Saturday.

    Doing ribs tomorrow.

    Steaks on Thursday.

    Then back to bologna and cheese foe work on Friday.

    Yea we having our family day.Take all day to list all the food.I am snacking on some cream cheese topped with peach pepper jelly on some Ritz crackers.This shit is good.
