if your dog scale after evrything 20.5.
that also means just that hand walk (30 minute's) til he is back on weight 20.7
take it easy ...rest is much important as work
keep the weight is more important then the work
feeding for the day of what come's tomorow

so its not running around ......
seen regular people walking around wit a dog a hour (other keep then this ).
but not with their mind on the controle on the body of the dog (private//problems ?? meaby)
with no good results ..he was better of the chain

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
when e started with the dog ..he eat 300 grams a day
now we in the fourth week of the training and he is eating 700 grams
6 days soaked one day not .
HIS VERY LAST MEAL ABSOLUTE NOT SOAKED
2 DAYS BEFORE THE CONFORMATION DAY ...WE JUST WALK THE 30 MINUTE'S
WE ALSO BRING HIM INTO THE HOUSE/SLEEPING ROOM NEXT/CLOSE TO THE BED
BECAUSE WE WANT HIM TO SLEEP VERY WEL ...
ALSO BECAUSE OF THAT REASON WE GIVE HIM IN THOSE QUIET/REST DAYS 75 GRAMS EXSTRA ON THE 700 = 775 GRAMS ONE DAY SOAKED ..LAST DAY ABSOLUTE NOT SOAKED
SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE WEIGHT HE CAN GROWN 250 GRAMS IN WEIGHT (21KILO)
MOST OF THE PEOPLE CAN TRAIN A DOG ..WALK BIKE ECT
MOST HAVE PROBLEM THE LAST WEEK ...HOPE THIS ONE HELPS ....

HIS LAST MEAL HE EAT 25 HOURS BEFORE YOU WANT HIM TO SHOW TO THE JURY/CONFO DAY

Some info that was shared with me.

Before beginning the keep you need to know that regardless of the style, and pace that your dog hunts there are three speeds you must condition for. The slow walk, the trot, and the run. Use a short leash and begin a slow walk with your dog. Observe the sway in your dogs stomach area. If you don't see it then you are probably not walking slow enough. I have been told by many old timers that you can run a dog all you want, but without the walk they won't be ready. I have found this to be true. The dog seems to get a core strength from the walk (perhaps from the sway in the middle body area) that they don't get from the other speeds. I think it contributes to the overall strength of the dog for wrestling, and I think it helps the dog plant himself a little better allowing for a harder bite on those that are willing to use it. While we are on bite. I also believe all pits posses the ability to bite hard, but for some reason some just don't use it. For what reason, who knows. Could be in the schooling process, but that is another story.

Now go into a slow jog with the dog, and observe the dog again. You will notice that this is a sort of stiff legged trot. This is the speed that most of your work should be done at. It would be your aerobic work. A dog should have no trouble doing 15 miles per day during his peak week at this speed. Now go into a full blown run. You will notice right away the much longer stride in the legs. This is the stride used in your anaerobic work Remember that a fast hard hunting dog should have a little more of this work in his program. This will build muscle, and strength. Adding this also builds toward a faster pace, and not going in to muscle fatigue. Remember you can only hold this pace for short periods of time, and you have to build up slowly. One to two days a week.
