Gotta love living in Jersey

I always crate my dog in the car. Had my Boxer break the windsheild when I panic stopped to avoid an accident. Fortunately, she wasn't hurt, just shook up. Another time while following a friend home from a show, he had a tire blow out and his suv rolled over with four dogs, all crated in the back. The dogs came out fine, him, not so much. Ever since, I won't even take them to the vet down the street without putting them in a crate.

But fines and possible jail time for not crating? Just plain stupid government at it's worse.
