give ideas 4 training

    my nephew has a apbt and she has very high prey drive. she loves to chase squirrel. we have trained her to find and tree a squirrel. my questions are how can i get her to stay within 30-40 yards of me and when she trees a squirrel she would bark until i get there to her?

    First you would have to teach her to bark. Since most APBT are not barky than this will be a challange not hard but a challange. Second, I would recommend someone who is familar with training German shepard dogs or Manlois (sp). They call it a bark and hold I use to work with some. Its not easy but can be done. If you don't have the time or Money don't even worry about it, just get a .22 rifle and call it a day.LOL!
