If the parents weren't papered, no reputible org will give you full registration papers on the dog. However, you are interested in working the dog, you get him neutered and you can get limited registration after that. Both ADBA and UKC have limited registration papers for fixed dogs. Go on their websites to read up on what you need to do.

Yes absolutely. The ckc will register your dog, all you need is a couple pictures. You can even pick whatever breed you want.

After paying them a few bucks, you will be proudly presented with "papers" that verify absolutely nothing about the dog, not even that it is pure bred.

Other than that, a dog with an unknown lineage can not be registered, except as stated above in the limited programs with an altered dog. :)

Just find out if the sire and dam have papers, then you can pay for a dna test to prove your dog is from them and then you get papers, etc

What do you do after you've submitted the DNA, what happens next?
