I wanna know why Simba is being regarded as a great dog all ive ever seen was he was curred in 31.

Simba ran hot because he was too juiced up on the one he stopped on. Plan and simple. Not a cur. For all that saw they would say the same. Good dog but i'd agree with the other post, not noted as one of the best though.

well game exchange, simba quit on top to a downed dog. spanky was getting his tail kicked from the start and proved to all there what a real bulldog is. simba was rough and all that with out a doubt, but its not all about that.

simba is a money pit to him, people are ignorant and will pay top dollar for pups off a well known cur. i blame those that buy the offspring as much as i do the peddler selling his offspring.

I wouldn't want one off simba but there is a double bred grandson that is supposedly one of the baddest dogs alive... And I'd love to get one out of him but he sure ain't from peddling garner

I agree it can be looked at in a different way. Just saying he ran hot. I think it was more of the keep he was put in than the actual dog himself but I dont think he's one of the greatest ever none the less. I actually havent heard anyone before this post make that comment.

double bred on cur simba,but has proven himself to be an exceptionaly talented game dog.

banjo who was an ace sire was a cur
jeeep sire was a cur
so cur does not necesarily mean a dog isnt a good producer...

@ rallyracer very true indeed but to each his own. just as certain ch dogs couldnt produce at all. but for me i wouldnt feed nor ever breed a cur. chain spots are a privilage around here.

They all will quit. Some just quit sooner than others, and some never ran into one to make them quit. But they all will. Trust me. Some have bad days and good days.

read history! known some that scratch and drop dead hows that quiting?not all quit!hell my boy had a yard acc by time we got there 8 month old pup dying with a hold and trying to get up at an adult.

I known some to take their death also mike. That doesn't mean that they wouldn't have "stood the line" on another occasion and under different circumstances. I don't have to "read" history. I've seen "history" with my own 2 eyes and held "history" with my own 2 hands. And just ur pup showed dg in a yard accident doesn't mean that he wouldn't stop under different circumstances in a match. That's why it's considered gambling. Nobody knew what was going to happen when they were set down.
