Garners Mary Brood Bitch RIP

NO dogs were taken from Mr Garner > Mary was rounded up in a confiscation of a fight kennel out of Plant city FL. by the name of Final Destiny Kennels..still a huge mystery how this ole gal came to be with this scum bag.. anyways .. sad that she had to endure what she did and her pittful living condtions ( see the other thread on her ) ...sad commentary as to what happens to brood bitches ....

My heart breaks every time I hear about these poor dogs, falling into the hands of scummy pedlars. God Bless those of you that showed her that humans can love and show compassion to a living thing and im glad she died somewhere she will have been given some dignity.

Well her owner will be in court on March 1st to face charges and even if they cant get the fight charges to stick he will be facing some serious animal cruelty charges and I for one will be front and center in the courtroom.. will be there with all the pictures of his dogs that were confiscated and no longer with us .. Marys picture will be the biggest !

well from what i read when you posted her in the resuce thread at least two people offered to take her in if you would let her go out of state,but no your rescue wouldnt let anyone take the dog out of tampa.that is really sad!

 

AMEN! at a point in time i was dead broke yet my dog had a better living envirment that what that dog had.hell he never went a day without food or clean water .from that pic,it looks as though the dog only had one bowl and was fed tv dinners,i wouldnt even eat a tv dinner.now i dont know much about the rest of the yard that dog was kept in but from that pic it doesnt look like much.it is sad though that the recue wouldnt let the dog go out of state to be placed in a home though

 

and they said the water bowl there was provided by the authorities during the raid that the one they had her drinking out of was more algae than water


look people i understand that your gonna get a little algae in water buckets from time to time but its not exactly break back work to hose out a damn bucket and fill it back up these are fucking dogs not terrorists they deserve better than that shit

one of the reasons why we could not let Mary out of state was because we had to be very careful as to whom she was adopted to , needed to do a background check and make sure she was going to a proper home ect / ..also her owners case is still pending and we needed her to stay in the area. WE had a few out of state apps that we were looking at for once the case was over. Mary died unexpectly from bloat complications. Mary got the best of care while at HCAS ..the best she had in years and she was loved by the many volunteers and staff at the shelter

 

We have an over whelming GD community in this area and throughout the state of florida and non stepped up. THE GD community which I am part of needs to do better by these dogs.

Having algae in the water bucket doesn't mean it is dirty water. It actually means the exact opposite. I don't know the whole story on this dog but the picture doesn't look bad to me. Lots of people use barrells and the wood is there for shade.

 

I stand on what I said.and its people like this owner that is killing off MY beloved breed that I fight so hard to protect. I cared for these dogs because the owner refused to the right thing by them, It is pure and simple it is his fault these dogs ended up where they are ... IF the fight charges dont stand the cruelty will ..these poor dogs living conditions were deplorable. A few of the dogs were house pets but there is no way this owner took/spent anytime with them. When an owner takes pride in their dogs and spends time with them it shows. these dogs as beautiful as they were , were NOT socialized with humans, many were timid , didnt know what a leash was more less knew what it was to be walked on one , had over grown nails ,they couldnt walk or stand because thier pads were torn off thier feet from being on concrete 24/7 and sores all over thier bodies due to poor health and housing conditions .

I agree that Not all dogs can be house pets nor make great couch potatoes and many great dogs live in outside kennels but an owner has a responsibility to provide proper and clean housing , food , water and medical care and this OWNER DID NOT !!. ITS CALLED BEING A RESPONSIBLE OWNER and obvious this owner was clueless or just plain heartless!!!

I am proud to be a Game Dog owner and take great pride in being a responsible Game Dog owner. I protect my breed from the injustices done to them by some many heartless owners who own this breed for the wrong reasons. I dont have any thing to hide as I dont anything wrong. DOnt do anything wrong and there wont be anything to hide.Step up and Do right by this breed !

I actually own a 7yr old bitch off Mary that has been the best dog ive ever owned. She has what ever dog man wants and im proud to say she is represent her bloodline with full honor. Rip Mary
